Welcome, and thank you  for visiting our page. Happy Paws is the only Rescue & Shelter for DOGS & CATS ìn Liberia, W. Africa.  Our goal is to radically change the terrible way too many of how our furry friends are treated.  They are KIDNAPPED,  KILLED to be EATEN,  ABUSED, NEGLECTED & ABANDONED.  Equally, and of importance, we would like to raise awareness about the importance of Spaying & Neutering as the majority don't know about this, or think it's wrong. We work hard to save these innocent creatures from a grim ending.
